I am a twenty first century witch. Or so they say. Perennially afraid. Of everything and everyone. And those voice never go away. No matter how much medication I take. I will test your empathy to the limits and probably end up jumping off a roof. I do not belong here on this planet, in this place, in this time. I know it and everyone who has the misfortune to encounter me knows it, even though they rarely say it. I do not belong. I never have and I never will. This is not self pity and it is nobody’s fault. It is a morally neutral fact. Let’s just imagine that an angel made a clerical error. And I even have a limited purpose – I work in a cat sanctuary but that still doesn’t mean that I belong.
And maybe belonging is overrated anyway. As Groucho Marx said, ‘I wouldn’t want to be a member of any group that will have me as a member.’ Outsiders are often catalysts for change and I am proud to count myself as one of them.

I think cunt-goop like you are the kind of people who have terminally easy-ass lives, and you look down of people like her and me because you don’t understand what it means to REALLY SUFFER.

And your type is not wanted here. Evidently you have a lot of time to waste, going to blogs and harassing the authors. How about you take the time you spend laying your fat ass in bed and not having a job and watch porn or something. I think YOU need to get laid.

I rescued a cat from the street at the scene of an incident I was attending. His name is battlecat and he settled in at home just fine. I think your writing is excellent. Best Wishes.

Thanks. That’s a really sweet story. I love rescue cats. My last cat just walked in and made herself at home. I once had ambitions to be a police officer. Deep down I knew I couldn’t cope with it – I don’t have enough self control or self-discipline. My long term ambition is to be an RSPCA inspector but I have to learn to swim fifty feet fully clothed before I apply. I start learning to swim today.
There have been some compelling posts from you recently about the state of The Swamp in Ruraltown. Please remember though that some of the residents of this place may have been seduced by The Right to Buy Policy and are trapped there along with the less desirable elements. This is the situation my parents, who have worked all their lives are in and we don’t know what to do to help them. But it reassures me that people like you exist. On the basis of ‘The Rich Girls Are Weeping’ and your recent output alone, you could give up your job today and write for a living but I don’t think you want to do that. You seem like the kind of person who holds out to the very end.

I drop a comment each time I appreciate a article on a website or if I have something to contribute to the conversation. Usually it is a result of the sincerness communicated in the article I looked at. And after this article About So Sick of Drowning. I was actually excited enough to drop a comment 🙂 I do have 2 questions for you if you usually do not mind. Could it be only me or do some of these remarks appear like they are left by brain dead folks? 😛 And, if you are writing on other online sites, I’d like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Would you list every one of your shared sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
